Misc improvements
- Allow to call users who are away/busy
- Improve markdown code detection heuristic
- Fix NPE when unselecting chat room or forum
- Prevent file/directory requesters from failing to open if the directory doesn’t exist
- Voice calls are ignored while being busy (David Gerber)
